Fastest Cement Plant
Lucky Cement Plant at Nooriabad (4200 TPD) was substantially completed in just 15 months, including all associated structures such as the power station and water reservoir. The single largest concrete pour in a day was 1,500 m³.
Underwater Structure
Dolmen City Phase-II at Clifton, Karachi, includes two basements 18 feet deep covering approximately 400,000 sq ft. Located just 40 feet from the shoreline, the water table is only 3 feet below the natural ground.
Largest Double-T
Lucky Textile Mills in Karachi features 600 pre-cast and pre-stressed Double-T roof panels, each spanning 50 feet and 9 feet in width, with a live load of 200 psi. These are the heaviest and largest panels manufactured in Pakistan to date.
Largest Fairfaced Concrete Works
Siemens New Head Office at SITE Karachi incorporates 25,000 sq ft of cast-in-place fairfaced concrete panels with grooved edges. Additionally, The Southend Club at DHA Karachi includes 100,000 sq ft of fairface cladding panels.
Largest Simple Supported Truss
Unilever’s Walls Ice Cream Plant at Multan Road, Lahore, features insulated sheet roofing supported by 19 steel trusses, each spanning 125 feet and weighing nearly 8 tons.
Lucky Paragon Ready-Mix Cement
We introduced Pakistan’s first ready-mix cement for commercial use through Lucky Paragon, revolutionizing the industry by enhancing consistency, quality, and efficiency in large-scale construction.
Highly Sophisticated BSL Lab
A Bio-Safety Lab (BSL) built at Aga Khan Hospital CHS & JR Building, is one of its kind in Pakistan. Constructed under the most stringent safety standards, it features washable, germ-resistant finishes and seamless flooring with a specialized air circulation system.
Largest Piling Work
At Japan Power Generation Plant, Raiwind, Lahore, we executed piling for 1,800 RCC bored piles (560 mm diameter, 50 ft average length) and built 24 massive generator foundations.
Rapid Restoration of Quaid-e-Azam Mausoleum
The mausoleum was cleaned and polished in just 7 days with specially designed scaffolding and the highest safety standards. The project involved work at a height of 100 feet, completed around the clock under challenging conditions
Olympic Swimming Pool
An Olympic-standard pool was constructed at Aga Khan University Sports Complex, featuring 7 lanes, an automatic filtration system, and built to the most stringent international specifications.
Largest Garden
Bagh-e-Quaid-e-Azam in Karachi spans 63 acres and was completed in just 9 months. It is now the largest garden in Pakistan. The marble used exceeds the quantity used in the Taj Mahal — over 500,000 sq ft in total.
Osterberg Load Cell Test
We pioneered the use of the Osterberg Load Cell Test in Pakistan, applying a 4,000-ton load on index piles (1,200 mm diameter, 26 m deep), introducing groundbreaking technology to the local construction industry.
Emaar Crescent Bay – Residential Towers
We executed piling and foundation work for 3 of the 42 towers in this waterfront project in Karachi, involving 2,153 piles (1,000 mm diameter, 35 m average depth). The architectural work is valued at approx. PKR 14 billion.
Emaar – The Views
The structural work of The Views was completed 6 months ahead of schedule. It includes two towers: the North Tower with 44 levels and the South Tower with 32 levels.
Telenor 345 – Rammed Earth
The Telenor 345 Campus in Islamabad is a pioneering commercial project using stabilized rammed earth. This eco-friendly material offers excellent insulation and low environmental impact, harmonizing with the natural landscape of the Potohar Valley.
Shaukat Khanum Memorial Hospital, Karachi
Currently under construction, this will be Pakistan’s largest cancer hospital. Once completed, it will offer world-class cancer care and significantly improve healthcare access nationwide.
Grand Mosque, Bahria Town Karachi
Now under construction, this will be the third-largest mosque in the world and the largest in Pakistan, accommodating 800,000 worshippers — a testament to our capability in monumental and culturally significant projects.
Rafi Cricket Stadium, ICC-Certified
Paragon is constructing the Rafi Cricket Stadium in Bahria Town Karachi. With a seating capacity of 50,000, this ICC-certified stadium will host future international cricket events, elevating Pakistan’s sports infrastructure.
