Largest Cricket Stadium
Paragon Constructors is developing the largest cricket stadium in Pakistan—the Rafi Cricket Stadium, located in Bahria Town Karachi, an ICC-certified facility with a seating capacity of 50,000. It also stands as the largest precast stadium structure in the country, utilizing advanced concrete technologies to ensure speed, scale, and efficiency. Designed to host future international cricket matches, the stadium marks a significant milestone in Pakistan’s sports infrastructure development.
Largest Pile Load Test
Paragon conducted Pakistan’s largest pile load test at Bahria Town Karachi. The test contributed significantly to foundational engineering practices for mega- structures in the region.
Performing of Osterberg Load Cell Test
A groundbreaking achievement in geotechnical testing, this project involved the first-ever Osterberg Load Cell Test in Pakistan. A 12,000 ton static load was applied on index piles with a diameter of 1,200 mm and depth of 26 meters, introducing this technology to the national industry.
First Use of SAP Technology in Construction
Paragon Constructors is the first construction company in Pakistan to integrate SAP technology into project execution and management, enhancing operational transparency, efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.
First Specialized Bunkers in Pakistan
Paragon pioneered the development of Pakistan’s first specialized concrete bunkers, designed with advanced safety, durability, and functional specifications for critical infrastructure and defense-related applications.
Largest Cancer Hospital
Currently under construction, this landmark facility is set to become Pakistan’s largest cancer treatment center. Largest Rammed Earth Commercial Project
This eco-conscious landmark in Islamabad uses stabilized rammed earth sourced locally. It offers excellent thermal insulation and reduced environmental impact. Telenor 345 is Pakistan’s largest commercial building constructed with this technique.
Ready-Mix Cement Innovation
Paragon introduced Pakistan’s first ready-mix cement for commercial use through Lucky Paragon, setting a new benchmark in the construction industry. This innovation brought enhanced quality control, consistency, and faster delivery for large-scale construction projects.
Highly Sophisticated Bio-Safety Lab
A one-of-its-kind Bio-Safety Lab (BSL) was constructed following the most stringent safety and quality standards. Features include washable, bacteria- and germ-resistant finishes, seamless floors, and specialized air circulation systems to meet international BSL requirements.
A Landmark Restoration of Quaid-e-Azam Mausoleum & Park
In a remarkable display of speed, scale, and precision, two major projects honoring the Father of the Nation were completed in record time. The cleaning and polishing of Quaid-e-Azam’s Mausoleum was finished in just 7 days, involving high-risk operations at 100 feet with custom scaffolding and 24/7 safety protocols. Simultaneously, the Bagh-e-Quaid-e-Azam a 63-acre urban park in Karachi—was developed within just 9 months. It features over 500,000 sq. ft. of marble, surpassing even the Taj Mahal, and stands as Pakistan’s largest urban garden, symbolizing national pride and architectural excellence.
Olympic-Standard Swimming Pool
An Olympic-sized swimming pool with 7 lanes was constructed, featuring a modern automatic filtration plant. Built to meet international specifications, the facility supports athletic development and event hosting.
Largest Concrete Pour in Pakistan
Paragon achieved the nation’s largest single-day concrete pour, setting a new industry record in project execution and operational
scale.
Emaar Crescent Bay – Residential Towers
As part of a 42-tower mega-development along Karachi’s coastline, Paragon executed piling and foundation works for 3 towers. This involved 2,153 piles with a 1,000 mm diameter and 35 meters average depth. Project value: approx. Rs. 14 billion.
Emaar - The Views
The structural work for this premium residential project was completed a cycle of 7 days for area. It includes two high-rise towers: the North Tower (44 floors) and the South Tower (32 floors), demonstrating exceptional project planning and execution.
Tallest High-Rise Building in Pakistan
The Bahria Icon Tower stands as Pakistan’s tallest high-rise building at 62 floors. It is also the country’s largest commercial skyscraper, showcasing cutting-edge vertical construction techniques and premium real estate design.
Underwater Structure
This project includes two basements, each 18 feet deep, covering approximately 400,000 sq. ft., located just 40 feet from the shoreline. The water table is only 3 feet below the natural ground, making this a complex and technically challenging construction.
