PCL Quality Assurance and Quality Control Programs assure the integrity of each of our projects. By training project supervisors in the latest QA/QC requirements and following set quality control guidelines, we certify every client’s project reflects the highest quality and adheres to all applicable codes and specifications.

PCL aims to provide defect free services to it’s Client on time and within budget.

This Quality Policy is regularly reviewed in order to ensure its continuing suitability. Copies of the Quality Policy are made available to all members of staff. Copies of the minutes of Management Reviews, or extracts thereof, are provided to individual members of staff in accordance with their role and responsibilities as a means of communicating the effectiveness of the Quality Management System.

Promote the understanding of HSE as an integral component of all aspects of work
Provide a healthy, safe and environment friendly workplace.
Accountable for any incident at work site.
Arrange internal safety inspection / audit for continual improvement.

Workers and subcontractors shall share the responsibility to:

Work in a safe and healthy manner without damaging the environment
Encourage others to work in a healthy and safe manner
Cooperate with PCL management to support the promotion of HSE in the workplace
