He served on various projects in USA as well In early 90's founded Paragon Constructors (Pvt) Ltd. which has earned respect and credibility in a short span of time. His inspiring leadership & principle-centered approach has allowed Paragon to achieve balanced growth which is financially viable and technically exceptional.

Mrs. Shahnaz Siddiqui, a graduate in civil engineering, has 24 years of rich experience in Pakistan & USA in project planning designing,preparation of construction plans, bidding and office management.She is one of the key personnel of the firm. Her experience in management of highly diversified projects is a valuable asset for the Company.
Hasan Mahmood
Technical Director
Hasan Mahmood, a graduate of 1986 in Civil has proved to be a driving force behind successful and ahead-of-schedule completion of most of the projects of Paragon. Sound engineering knowledge coupled with common sense make-shift solutions and hard work is his personal traits.
Baber Siddiqui
Director Coordination & Project Development
Baber Siddiqui recently joined the management of Paragon Group of Companies. Prior to joining Paragon, he was working in New York City on The Highline Project. At Paragon, Baber is currently responsible for Project Development and Coordination. Mr. Siddiqui holds a Masters in Business Administration and also a Masters in Construction Management from NYU (New York University).

Shakir Siddiqui has over 30 years of international experience in general management. Prior to Paragon, Mr. Siddiqui was involved with various business ventures in America. He is currently leading the administrative affairs of Paragon Constructors. Mr. Siddiqui holds a Bachelor in Accounting from America.

Shahid Matin, a graduate of 1979 in Civil and a Master in Construction Management from USA is a valuableaddition to senior management cadre. By virtue of his varied local & international experience spanning over 27 years he is capable of handling complex architectural and structural jobs of any magnitude.
Muhammad Sarwar
Director Contracts
Mr. Sarwar holds Master degrees in Economics and Mass Communication from a renowned university of Pakistan. He has more than 20 years experience in Contracts, Supply Chain Management, Facility Management and Administration. Prior to joining Paragon he had served as Director Corporate Services in Emaar Pakistan Group and USAID as Contracts Management Specialist.
Arif Ghani
Chief Financial Officer
Arif Ghani has joined as a CFO he is FCA and having 15 years experience in Accounts, Finance , Audit, Fund Management , Taxation and secretarial work. His expertise is leading paragon to introduce and adopt best practices within the company to achieve its objectives.
Mohammad Khalid
Director Qtys. & Estimation
Khalid, a Bsc. in civil (1989), AMIE-UK (1986) and M.B.A. Finance holds and commands the Quantities and Estimation Department and controls the billing and tendering etc. His interpersonal skills and hardwork have earned him high place in Paragon.
Rizwan Afzal
CEO AS Constructors Pvt. Ltd.
Rizwan, a graduate in civil is a senior engineer in construction industry. His recent induction with Paragon will surely strengthen the capabilities of core team of the Company. His experience encompasses all types of projects, especially heavy civil engineering jobs.

Brig. Akhter Zamin has served the Pakistan Army for 30 years. He is a graduate from National Defence College & Pak Staff College,Quetta. He holds Masters degree in War & Strategic studies. He has also served Government of Sindh as a Principal Secretary. He has also headed (EOBI), one of the biggest Financial Institution of Government of Pakistan. Government of Pakistan acknowledged his service and Awarded Sitara-e-Shujaat and Sitara-e-Imtiaz. He also served as Home Minister. Currently he is assiciated with Paragon Constructors (Pvt) Ltd. as an Advisor.
Salim Latif
Technical Advisor
Salim Latif, a graduate in civil engineering, has long association with the company. His rich experience in project planning, designing and site management of heavy/ medium industrial structures, buildings, bridges, highways and flyovers has played a pivotal role in progress of the company. He heads the Engineering Division of the company.

Mr. Rahi is a valuable addition to the top management; a gold medallist in CA having more than 30 years of exposure in the field of audit, accounts, finance, banking, project evaluation and due diligence; has served with various national and multinational groups in Pakistan as well as abroad. He strategies and plan corporate financing schemes. His expertise is leading Paragon to financially viable growth in the modern financial environments.
